Default deal or no deal?

im looking in to buying a '97 cobra. The motor and tranny were just rebuilt at 72k, and there is a new king cobra clutch and suspension so everything is pretty much brand new but the body. It has many performance upgrades and when broken in, it had 3 one hour times on the dyno and did to passes at the strip. It ran 13.24 on motor and 11.84 with nos down the quarter mile track. Everything is flawless on this car and drives new. Do you guys think $11500 is reasonable for this car. Thanks in advance

drop the decals, the red interior accents, and the ugly wing and the car would be awesome. seems like a decent price though.

Wouldnt you rather find a Cobra that hasnt already been tinkered with? I just picked up a 98 for 8 grand with 78,000 on it.

98blackcobra, you got a good point there but then again, this guy with the car seems very reasonable and the motor should be as reliable as nails, thats the difference. thanks for the advise though

i cant remember the paperwork regarding the rebuild all that well... im pretty sure the cylinders were honed, hardened rods, cromally rings, and slightly oversized pistons 10:1 compression. All the internals were in place to handle the nitrous so it should be pretty solid. thanks for the input guys.
