well i think i have narrowed it down to either getting a borla cat-back or a bassani cat-back, but the first thing is that they don't make a borla stinger cat-back for a 97 cobra, so do you guys think that the stingers for the 99-04 would fit on here, because if not then i am going to go with bassani which i want to know what yall think about bassani also how good would the bassani cat-back with and o/r X pipe sound, i want it to be loud and aggressive.

Are you talking about just having the borlas welded in then? You may have to alter the hanger setup. A good exhaust shop can pretty much make anything work.

As for sound that is very subjective. With an X the stingers will be loud as hell. The bassani is loud but not ridiculous. If you really want to **** the neighbors off and save some weight get the SLP loudmouth 1. Had it loved it, but alas the police, my wife, and fellow suburbanites did not. So buh bye LM1

If you are set on the Stingers, get the Muffler dimensions from their site and crawl under the car and check the fitment.
