muffler suggestion

Default muffler suggestion

what kid of muffler would go well with an off-road h-pipe for my 96 cobra...........i am looking for something very loud and mean sounding....not a smooth flowmaster sound........maybe a glasspack or a resonator.....please help

if you want something EXTREMELY raspy and soundin like a big truck get the SLP LM1 resonators. I had an off road h-pipe with my SLP 1's and they were seriously obnoxious. If you want a loud, raspy and still deep get the SLP LM2's, the mufflers. The 4v motor really opens up with exhuast. Some people with an off road h and the slp 1's say it sounds good, but thats because its on their 2v gt's. Trust me i learned from experience. If its a track car go ahead and get the 1's, if not, id get the 2's. just my 2 cents
