or theres an 02 yellow gt convertable at my uncles dealership and has just 8000 miles on her, and thats for 14 thousand.

IMO I think the 97 Cobra looks like crap.. Whats with the funky stickers and bogus rims? Thats great that the car has mods but that means it was beat.. I give this Cobra a thumbs down..

Can't go wrong with the 02 GT.. It sounds like its new.. Just hope it hasn't been beat on too bad.. Chances are it was just a cruiser.. But, look for signs of abouse.. Major one is rubber behind the rear tires and in the wheel wells..

I am very picky when it comes to cars.. It may be fast but if it looks stupid because of rims and tires it doesn't count.. It can be a 9 second car but if it looks funky you will look funky as the driver..

GT but don't limit your self to 2 cars.. Search the web.. ebay and auto trader are good ones.. Lots more than those two too..

 

i'd say even if there was some slight beating on it thats what everyone does when they get a mustang(or at least i do and if you don't you should). But, you can't go wrong with a just rebuilt tranny and engine for almost 12k for a cobra. Plus the cobra is 4v vs 2v on the GT so the mods will be more responsive. I'd say take the COBRA!!!!!

 

mt twibert, the cobra has been professionally restored and is runnin on a new motor, tranny, clutch, and suspension so no it has not been beat on.
and yellow cobra, i have to agree that although the car has some wierd graphics that i am not a big fan of, it is a blast to drive and wins handsdown.

I'd go with the cobra and ditch some of the decals.I'd love to have a real cobra.
