Your thoughts on mods
I've been thinking.. I've alawys wanted a supercharger but to buy one and have it installed the $6,000 is just too much for me.. I have a wife, kid, house and my wife stays home (we want to raise our kid and not someone else). The wife was cool as hell and let me get this Cobra that had 7k, now 9k, and get some good mods.. But, now that I've ruled out the 6 grand on a SC what other mods can I do the motor that will really count?
I'm not much of a gear head, although I'd like to think I am so the cost of labor and price of parts is a big concern.. What would you recommend in order if you were in my shoes.. Keeping in mind the actual cost of the part and labor if the average nub can't install it him self.. Current mods are O/R H pipe, Super 40s, MAC cold air intake, 4.10s, SCT tuner/dyno, Eibach lowering springs and Saleen rims.. I know the springs and rims don't count as HP mods but they still count as a mod in my wifes eyes seeing I've dumped over $4,000 into this car in the last 2 1/2 months..
My only restrictions are that the car has to pass e-check every two years.. Other restriction is no NOS.. I want the car to have the power at all times and not only if I push a button..

Cams will give you GREAT power. You can also port your heads and port match your intake plenum. That will also give you some good HP. Long tubes when added with cams, is a major HP/ TQ difference. Maybe that will help get your started!
