Default Strut tower brace

My buddy has a 94 5.0 and told me I could have his strut tower brace because he put a taller intake on his car so it doesnt fit, will his stock strut tower brace fit on my car? It's the triangle style one that goes from the strut's to the firewall... so if it will fit i might as well throw it on.

thanks, Carl

Your car should have one on it unless someone pulled it off for some reason... do you have a CAI? if so they might have pulled it off because it wouldnt fit with the intake on it.

The 98's came with out one i believe somewhere because the firewall got beefed up instead of the brace.

Thanks, so im not missing one.... so does anyone think It would be worth trying to put on the strut brace off my buddies 94? What would I bolt it on with? Drill holes and use nuts and bolts or are there mounting points already? I havent even looked at it yet.
