Hi.

Does anyone know why Ford started labeling Cobra's with 'SVT'? Since all Cobras are from SVT... Maybe a marketing thing?

not all cobras are svt...ford did it to make better cars...by creating a subdivision of ford, special vehicle team, they could focus on building all of their vehicles better because ford woudlnt be tied up on special vehicles when they had other things to do. thats why they hired the svt guys

svt was created in 1993...they had cobra's long before then...remember those ugly little mustang II cobras?
