Does anyone know who does tail light tinting or where to get tinted tail lights or nice covers for them?

Google for "Jon's tinted tails". His name came up a lot on a few other boards....

I have also seen circle LED's in cobra tail lights..they look good also...anyone know where to find them or what im talking about?
