i put in a K & N FIPK air intake. my 04 cobra is SCT tuned, will i need to change the tune at all, or will this not effect it. also does disconnecting the battery do anything to the tune? since i put the K&N air intake on it, the supercharger seems to whine louder, is this normal? thanks for the help?

 

Yea supercharger will Whine more its normal

 

ya its normal and no you dont need to get it tuned because of the air intake... but have you gotten it tuned since you added the exhaust and the pulley? if not maybe you should bring it to a dyno and make sure your air and fuel are just right, that way you can sleep a little better knowing its where it needs to be

 

yea it was tuned after all the mods except the air intake. it was last on the dyno about 7 months ago
