Ok, I need some help with exhaust. I really want my new Cobra to be a lot louder than what it is from the factory, but I don't want it so loud that I can't hear myself think inside the car. I want it to be noticable from other cars on the road, and stand out,but not the loudest thing on the street. Iwant it to sound good at idle as well as when I'm in it heavy.What do you guys suggest would be my best choice for components in an exhaust system,as well as the best brand to go with? I've heard Bassani is about the best for HP. Thanks a lot for your help guys.

 

Nevermind for the help lloyd. OK03Cobra already helped me out with what I wanted to do to my exhaust.Seems ICAN have my cake and eat it too. Thanks for the help though!

Here, let me explain. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being quiet, 10 being loud, I want a 7. Not quiet, like from the factory, but not loud, as to where I can hear it 50 blocks away! <edited><editID>mustangforums</editID><editDate>37796.0068518519</editDate></edited>

 

i heard bassani has the quietest exhaust with the most hp gain. i would go with shorty headers, h-pipe with cats and bassani exhaust, but remember, bassani isnt cheap!

 

yes, but quiet isn't what we're going for, is it, cobraa? we want it <U>LOUD</U>!!!!!!!(but not too loud....shhh)
