Default 2001 Cobra

This is my second Mustang that I have owned, the first was a 96 GT. I do not like the feel of the clutch on the Cobra, you have to put it to the floor to change gears. In the 96 GT I had, you only had to press a quarter or so down and you could shift, is there a way that I can do it on the Cobra?

It may be adjustable under the dash where the rod from the master comes through the firewall and the clutch pedal linkage connects to it. It should be adjustable there. The master rod should turn after loosening a lock nut to make the change.

You could always get an adjustable clutch quadrant and cable to make adjustments without getting under the car. The kits are usually under $120.
