Default Want more power, where should I start?

ok so I've had my 03 Cobra for a couple of months now and I'm finally bored with the power not to say it sucks or anything I'm absolutely in love with it, I like most people just want more power. I have looked at Steeda 2.80" pulleys and the Diablosport tuner, I already have an intake but it's not the 9" open style. Should I stick with the thru the fender style? how about the Steeda pulleys are the good, or the Diablosport? I also thought about getting an offroad X pipe. Should I keep the cats? will it be too loud and raspy? Should I just skip the foreplay and get a Kenne Bell? Please someone point me in the right direction!

Get the 2.8 pulley and a tune and you will see a big difference.

Oh yea, you will need to upgrade the heat exchanger with a pulley swap.

I think this cobra as an O/R x pipe but, it could be longtube header with an O/R x.
