ok i found a n.o.s. 93 cobra d/s for 100$ arent they alum? i figured instead of buying u joints might as well upgrade i know its supposed to be balanced to closer tolerances than a reg 5.0

 

No the 93 Cobra driveshaft is not aluminium. Your correct on them being balanced a bit better, but not sure by how much. If you haven't found them yet, check out svtperformance.com there's lots of good folks and info there.
