I just got back from Dallas Mustangs annual open house and had my car dynoed. With only a Borla Stinger CB, K&N intake, and 3" pulley (no tune, and yea, the A/F was scarry), she put down 435hp and 410tq. The tech said that my MAF could be pegging, which may cause my A/F to be all over the place. I did buy a Steeda 2.8 pulley and SCT Xcal2 tuner. My question is when should I consider a MAF? I figure the tune and pulley will put her over the 450 mark and tq will jump way up there. Anyone have any experience with it or can it wait? I'm also goint to add a C&L intake tube soon, or swith to a JLT if that helps any experienced stangers. Thanks

 

It shouldnt be pegging yet. Most cars peg arpund 470rwhp. My car didnt peg until I put the ported blower on and I was running a 2.76 pulley, exhaust, intake, TB. Try a different tuner.
