Cobra engines for 04 GT

Any suggestions as to where i can try and pickup a 03 cobra engine to drop into my 04 gt? supercharged or not. Or if there is anyway to order one of these engines new from ford or any other company?

legend old ebay, or google it and it should come up with a few results. NOT CHEAP FOR A NEW ONE!!!! i believe ford racing might sell them

damn thanks for the info, i figure if im going to be spending a lot of dough on my car i might aswell try to make it worth while. Some say just get a cobra but sometimes as much as i wish its just not an option.
