possibly the worst thing i have ever done. Today i happen to leave school at the same time as another kid with a 95 cobra so we get to a 2lane and start at it well i started in 3rd should have been in 2nd and apperently this threw me off bad because i went from 3rd to 2nd ( Im not sure but i think my mind was just still in that you should have been in 2nd mode) i was doing about 100 tires locked up and all i could get out of it was a grinding noise awwwww. its being rebuilt for 1200 to 1500. Can anyone tell me if im getting screwed or is this resonable.
The upside i was winning till that happened.

 

Seems high to me, the tranny in my car has been rebuilt twice before i bought it. I've always said if it went out on me i would try and locate a tremec. AWESOME CAR though!

 

ehhh, its a little much, but labor costs these days are expensive anyway.. I woulda used it as an oppertunity to buy a new one though =P
