Default shifting

Ok 2 days in a row i have been having problems shifting when when im making a run. It feels like im hitting a brick wall when its going into the next gear. What should I do to fix it? or would i be better off just getting a short throw?

Sounds like you have a problem,a short throw is a great idea but i dont think the shifter it self is the prob?

get a short shifter. youll love the way it feels gears are so close and it just makes the car feel more sporty.

Yea get a short throw man. The problem with your shifting could be that you are trying to push it into gear say 2nd to 3rd gear on the angle like diagonally. Doing that will usually put it either right past the gear or right before the gear, giving you the brick wall effect. Dont try to force it into gear, just guide it. With a short throw, you would just push straight up and it will slide into 3rd for you. Other than that, if you shift slow and it still feels like your hitting a wall, your syncro's could be bad.
