Is there any way to make 15 inch wheels work on the front of something with cobra brakes?

the 15 inchers will not clear the cobra brakes, the rotors are too big.

I searched and had the same question, are there any other rotors that will work with the Cobra calipers?

if you want some skinnies for the front. What I was told was to use 2 donuts.
