Default 99 Cobra Questions

I have 1999 Cobra with only just over 51k miles. I have recently added BBK throttle body and pulleys, muffler set up (waiting on my x-pipe, also BBK) and a JLT CAI and also just got my Diablosport tuner. Last year bone stock i was running the 1/4 mile at 15.2s. Before you say anything, I am at 5200 ftabove sea level. Altitude is a factor. With everything on so far, in 70-80 degree weather I am running a 14.4 but average is 14.5s. I just can't seem to break the 14.4 second barrier, My reaction times are .1 or faster. My ultimate goal is to hit the high 13s mark like 13.8-13.9 without having to use nitrous.

just an FYI, your RT has nothing to do with your 1/4 mile time...the clock starts when you break the start beam

I ran almost the same times at 5800 ft. It sucks huh. Anyways some 4.10s and a set of drag radials should get you there.

I ran a 13.94 in my Vert in OH. Sitting on 18 inch wheels, with a 2.35 60 FT trapping at 102.65. With only an Exhaust and A tune.
