Not neccessarily tune related, its is because of the pprv. Theres a big write up about it on modular fords. It didnt happen to me until I did the BAP I havent had a chance to take out the pprv yet.

Why did that star out what I said it was svtp as svtperformance.com not a bad word just letting you know. Yea but if you have a BAP it will hesitate and you cant fix that in the tune. ive never heard of cars hesitating at a certain HP level but o well. The pprv is what will take care of it, and if your going to upgrade your fuel lines or put gt pumps in you might as well do it then.
+1 if you got the time and cash may as well swap out the pumps. the only reason i mentioned the hp level was because that is generally the point at which peole do install fuel system upgrades such as a bap that is all.it has nothing to do with the actual number as much as the fuel demand to make such an amount of hp.

it is both, sometimes the tune will fix it sometimes it won't i have seen both cases, when tuning fails it is the pprv.
