Default Lowering a Terminator...

Might trade my Mach for an 03 cobra in a couple weeks and already planning out the mod process...
If the deal works out, I plan on going with H&R Race Springs w/ stock ISOs. Will I need anything else (like shocks/struts/CC plates/etc.), or can the stock components handle the drop and the stiffer springs?

Depends entirely on how low you plan to drop it.

Well however much the H&R Race Springs will lower it...
I'm not exactly how much that is..I think 1.7 in front and 1.6 inches in back

I don't think you will have to upgrade shocks/struts because they come stock with Bilsteins correct?
Maybe just springs + CC plates just to be safe and you'll be good to go?

Yea I just put the sports on my car, i didnt put cc plates on yet but if you have the money I would get them. You dont need new shocks or struts. Just get the springs and cc plates.

Alright awesome
Where would you recommend buying the springs, or Termi parts at all for that matter?

I usually go with americanmuscle.com, but they don't offer the H&R Race springs

Lethal Performance for parts. I dropped mine a couple of months ago and cc paltes and alignment worked for me.

I also installed H&R race springs on mine and yes, CC plates are needed for an alignment. I got everything through Maximum Motorsports.

the first thing I would do is ditch that IRS that is the most worthless piece of the car. you will be suprised on how well the car reacts once you get that off the car. one of the best upgrades you can go is a pulley I would have to say after that an accufabe is probly the next best mod followed by a BIg boost JLT ( dont waist time with the other one) have a nice set of 373 gears installed then do a 100 shot wet nitrous the car will go high tens with the stock motor and blower the nitrous brings the blower back in toefficincy to make real power.Ill Iown is TermysMy best time to date is 9:50 @ 147 and this is my street car lol it dont take much to make these cars quick. If you are serious give me a shout when you get it. Ill help you get a good number out of it.
