Default Forged Internals

What do you guys recommend for forged pistons and rods for the 97 cobra?

I was also wondering what suggestions you guys have for headers?

It depends on what youre going to be doing with it. If youre planning on forced induction or nitrous I'd recommend it, right along with stainless valves.

As for headers, look at flow charts and see which one flow the best.

I have a procharger running about 6lbs of boost. but in order for me to do anything more to it which i plan on doing alot eventually i understand i need to put forged internals. I'd probably like to go with somethign way over rated for the power i have now just so i don't have to go back and change them again. if that makes any sense. Where do i find flow charts?

They're a little pricier, but Ford Racing makes some decent sets I believe.
