94 cobra price, should i buy

im talking to this guy who wants to sell me his cobra so he can buy a 5000 dollar gun. what would be a good price for a 94 cobra convertable with side exhaust, short shifter and a couple extras run...it has 240k i think but the motor was rebuilt recently...what do you guys think i should offer him..he wants a price

That seriously sounds like allot of miles. Do you have a picture of the side exhaust? I've always wondered what that looked like on a stang

The book value for it from Kelly Blue book is $7500. For some reason I thought the didn't make a Cobra in '94 but this website says the made 1003 of them, and another 1000 of the convertible indy pace car model.

I would try to get it for the price of the gun he wants. He must want it pretty badly to get rid of his cobra for it.

i think im gonna do that....offer him the gun for the car...and i can still turn around and make some money on the car if i had to

i wouldnt buy it..5k dollars for something with 240k miles..thats not cool..i bought my 96 mystic with 60k miles on it for 8k

you could have mine for 4,and I paid 6 for it a year ago and put another grand in it..and it;s got 180k,doesn't smoke or leak runs very strong,and its got 373's,long tubes,flo 40's,pro 5.0 shifter,and trick flow stage one cam,and an ofr h pipe...sounds awesome...needs shocks and struts though

dude this is almost a year and a half old. I am willing to bet its been done or passed already long ago.

lol somebody didn't look at the dates, and i doubt anybody would buy any car for that matter w/180k on original motor. lol you do know your motor will die soon right?
