I got an 01 Cobra with Magnaflow exhaust kit, JLT CAI. Thats it! I'm looking for an affordable upgrade. I've noticed a lot of people talking about upgrading the gears from stock. Anyone recommend which kind of gears and what the average labor cost would be to install these gears???

do you plan on keeping it n/a or will you be adding a power adder?

 

For the next about 5 years, I will not be adding a SC or anything that big. Just the inexpensive upgrades that are under $1000.

 

I was quoted on gears for $600 for the labor alone.
You could get a Dynotune for around $500 Longtubes and a matching X-pipe probably a total of around 30 RWHP.

 

is it going to be a daily driver? i would say either 4.10's or 4.30's

 

well im puttin 4.30's in and prolly gonna keep it like that if i get a procharger

if i go k.b. im drop to 4.10's

 

It is my daily driver, just trying to get some more power and make it sound better.
