Supercharger Pulleys
I've made pulleys as small as 2.3, my indication of 2.75 - 2.95 was just for that specific pulley I pictured because I already removed the material from the inside. I can make any pulley size (down to 2.1) you could want to fit my modular system.

We seem to be a fickle bunch as far as pulley sizes. I remember when the 2.93/2.90 was the most popular (with stock lower). Now that the durability of the motor has been proven as folks push the power envelope, the 2.76 is the most popular with the stock crank pulley. The2.93 with 4 lb. lower is popular now, especially with a ported blower. And recently we've seen more 2.76/4lb. combos surfacing. So IMO you will need to inventory the following sizes (bear in mind different manufacturers use slightly different dimenension like the 2.93/2.90). 3.20, 3.10, 2.93, 2.76 and the 2.65 is catching peoples' eyes, but I'm not a big fan because it opens the door to more of a chance of belt slip. Idler setups (single, 3 and 4) with 100mm and 92mm sizes are popular. If you do the idlers, too, customers can have idlers that match the pulley in style. And as PWORLDSTANG said, a snub/auxiliary idler would be a good idea, too. And maybe even alternator pullies for those who go the route of larger crank pullies. The more diverse your lineup the better reception you'll get since there are vendors mentioned above that already have a full line of pullies/idlers. I'll try South Florida Pulleyinto the mix, too. Best of luck.
