Congrats! Since we have a new Audi I had to settle for a 98 Cobra - but I enjoy it and it makes a nice little hobby. I also don't have cats and I agree - it is loud as hell, but I like it.

Thanks for all the replysI LOVE THIS THING!Although........It is sooooo loud.everyone must think I am a whimp for complaining about the noise this thing makes but I swear it is deffening even just cruising on the highway.
Now I am itching to a.)turbocharge it or b.) stick a bigger supercharger on it (KB 2.6 or 2.8).
I used to be a big ricer but I guess I crossed over the darkside. Anyway, I had owned a bunch of DSM cars (4g63 turbos). I guess I am more knowledgable on turbos and all the crazy pipings. Actually, a turbo would make it quieter since it will act as another muffler. Hmmmmmm

 

go 3.4L whipple!!! very inexpensive considering what ur getting. i wouldnt ever go turbo ona cobra unless i wanted a full drag cobra with 2 step. other wise, too much lag, low end torque is lost.
