Should I?
I am thinking about selling my 2007 mustang gt to buy a 03/04 termi. I was wondering guys are the termis that awsome? It is my dream car! Do you guys think i should do it? Thanks!
i've never driven an s197 gt but i sure like the power the termy puts out. if you do, and i know you will, the first time you step on it, youre gonna be like wow it was worth it. and since its your dream car you should do it. Like everyone says there is no rush in buying one take your time and you will be happy.
and go to this site before you even buy one:

Thanks for posting the FAQ link to my website. Yes, the info there should help anyone who is considering buying a 2003/2004 Cobra. Should you sell the '07 Mustang GT for a Terminator? Well, there are a number of things to consider. First, the new S197 platform is superior to the SN95 platform. Quality is superior outside and inside. Fit and finish is better. Motor wise, the Terminator gets the distinct nod. I personally prefer the SN95 body to the S197 body, so you know which side of the fence I'm on. LOL! What you're driving now is superior is many ways to the Terminator, engine aside. But....if your dream car has been the Terminator then I guess you then have to consider if you want it sooner than later so as to hopefully find a very low mileage one, or you are willing to wait a couple of years and accept a Terminator with over 40K miles on the clock. A lot of things to consider.
I've been driving muscle cars for 40 years, as well as a couple of luxury cars. To date, the absolute BEST car all the way around was my '03 Cobra. Ran very fine. Was always nice and tight (no rattles or noises). Was easy to mod. Made big power. Was comfortable, even on longer trips. Always made me smile!!!!!!
Don't rush into anything. Consider your options and what you're looking for in your daily driver. Oh, by the way, a guy just posted today that he is looking at an '03 Cobra coupe with only 1,600 miles on it. 100% stock. So these gems are still to be found today, 5 1/2 years after the car was initially launched.

Thanks guys for the help. I will not be buying one for about another year. I have jus 1 year left to pay off my 07 which i want to do so when i sell it i owe nothing. Like every1 has told me do not rush into buying this and there are enough 03/04 cobras out there for me to pick from. I just hope in about a year there will still be just as many. When i do buy a 03/04 i want to try to find one with 15K or less miles on it. I usta have a 04 mach1 that was awsome, but then got into a accident and got it repaired and traided in on my 07 gt i have now. But the termi will always be my fav car and i just hope there still will be enough around in about a year or so for me to pick from. Thanks guys!
