Guy is running 8psi on his 1999 SC cobra and staytes making around 450 RWHP. Base of 320. 450 RWHP on 8 pounds of boost? Possible? What are the upper limits on boost and HP on99 cobra engine?

Depends on supporting mods. But I see a full bolton novi 2000 cobra making 450rwhp @ 8psi very possible.

Its possible, but just exhaust... should be closer to 400rwhp.

it is very possible.... 3 years ago, my 2001 cobra only had a p1sc procharger set at 6 psi. it made 390 rwhp, in tulsa oklahoma, Tulsa Dyno and Performance. and that was with NO other mods or bolt ons. Just the p1sc at 6lbs and a custom dyno tune. stock exhaust manifolds on the 99 and 01 cobras are soooo restrictive....With full bolt ons, the car would have put down a lot more power

From my calculations at 8 lb's he should be right around 435 WHP considering a 12% drivetrain loss.
