Default Cylinder #2 Misfire

Well i got a cylinder #2 misfire on my 03cobra. I was wondering what would be the cost to fix it. anyone know? well one of my mechanics said it could either be the spark plug or the coilwire. He also said he'll repair it for 80 dollars even. is that a good price? GF's stepdad, lucky me. and a picture of #2 cylinder location would be helpfull. thanks angel

change the spark plug urself, if that doesnt work, then change the coil, and if that fails, then send it to the mechanic. more than likely, its just going to be a bad spark plug

Mmm...that's a bit confusing since the 03-04 termies use Coil on Plug setups meaning unless he's referring to the wire that goes to the coil (16 guage wire I believe) is bad.Not likely.

he really didn't get into it he just ran the obdII sensor and that code came out. so im guessing its the plug. not sure. but a picture of its location would help.

just change all the plugs, the ngk tr6's are only like 20 bucks for 8, i mean you may as well since youll have everything off. Takes no longer then 20 mins to do them all gapped at .35, then your good spark plug wise for a while
