What is he optimal RPM rang to drop the cluthc if you want a good launch without to much wheelspin? Seems like its between 3 and 4 but i was wondering peoples personal opinions. thanks

what gear do you have? Do you have soft tires?

I have a 5 speed manual if thats wat you mean, but i doubt it since cobras only come in manual.
Soft tires? as in stock? yes.

Stock tires are not soft but rock hard. I think he meant drag radials or ET streets, a really soft compound that when heated in a long burnout can hook like slicks. So it really matters if you are talking street launches or strip and what your tires are and what your track is like. I have spoken to folks down south that can hook street tires at their tracks but up North its a challenge to hook everything at some tracks.
