99/01 and 03/04 cat-backs are essentially the same, only difference is size of the tips. 03/04 have larger exhaust tips for their re-designed bumpers. still fit on a 99/01, but REALLY fill out the exhaust cutouts in the bumper.

Have a 03 Cobra Bassani Cat-Back on my 01... Just larger tips like stated above, fits perfectly...
