removed all the wiring removed cat back h pipe snapped 2 flange bolts for the h pipe on header now trans is stuck lol any sugestions for how to get trans un stuck i tryed to work it back an forth but it did not work also tryed prying it i think it might be stuck in the pilot bearing any info helpfull

 

Is the trans stuck on the bolts, or something inside the tranny?

 

all bolts are removed i check it twice and i al so checked to see if it was geting hung up on something else but its not i was thinking of prying it from both sides what u think. did u have this prob when u did your trans

 

when i did my transmission, just used a chisel and hammer on one side and it came loose. i think u might have missed a bolt.......

 

Don't forget to jack the front of the motor up so that the back end angle down enough to slide the tranny out! You could also run a ratchet strap under the dampener to each strut tower and start cranking! Your trans is prob hitting the firewall and this will prevent that!
