I just picked up an 03 conv cobra for 19400 with 41xxx miles. Keep looking. Go on autotrader and look up 03-04 mustang within 500 miles or something. thats what I did and found an awesome deal. I see them all day long for 23-24 with 10k on em. Keep looking. Thats way way to much

 

Low ball them and see what they do. Also see if the first owner bought the extended warranty that Ford offers. Just get the VIN and go down to the local Ford dealer and have a service tech run it. Its good for tany owner as long as there is no mods.
