im going to be swapping my GT with a cobra engine. would i be able to use the stock GT radiator?

 

Just write SVT on the top of the Radiator with Black Magic Marker. It should work.

Ok, honestly i dont know i would try to go to an autoparts website and see if they sell seperate radiators and check what if any diffrences there are I think you should be ok but i have no clue honestly, just a guess.
