But they say that the TQ isn't the same. They use the TT setup with the stock eaton to give it crazy lowend torque and the turbos for topend boost. As far as I know a turbo will out perform a twinscrew any and every day of the week. They were looking for HP and TQ, thats why they went with that set up.

They said that with the regular 99 cobra intake and no supercharger that the peak HP was even higher, but the TQ dropped off significantly.

Basically what I got from what they were trying to do is use compound boost to make a car that has gobs of TQ where you need it, plus tons of HP up top due to the twin turbos. You know a well rounded street car with 1200 hp and 1000 lbs./ft.

Stock those cars have only a couple pounds of boost, at the most like what 12? I can't imagine the block or the bottom end holding up to 42 lbs.

it doesnt make any sense, if anything it would make more power without the eaton... the alone turbos out cfm the eaton, its only going to be a restriction, however the eaton would help in the lower band, but of course just be in the way in the upper band, im willing to bet it would make more power without the blower and just the turbos

they plan to have the block and bottom end hold up to 42 lbs. of boost though.
