i have a 03 cobra that i have done some upgrades to. i installed a set of gt40 duel fuel pumps. when i did that i also installed a set of 62lb. fuel injectors. the car started up fine and i let it run for about 20 minutes then drove it to fill up the tank. when i went to leave the gas station the car stuttered and would die. i quickly tried to start it agian but the rpms would never get very high and it would die over and over i had to have it towed home. i did not upgrade the fuel rails or anything else other than the pumps and the injectors. do i need to upgrade the fuel rails and the fuel pressure regulator in order for it to run. i was planning on getting it custom dyno tuned but i wanted it to have all the kinks out before i went to pay to get it tuned.

You cant run those injectors on a stock tune.

 

i have a sct livewire tuner which i adjusted for the 62lb fuel injectors. anything else that could be the problem.
