Default bolt on power

What would be good bolt ons for a 96 N/A cobra engine that will net some significant HP, just to notice somewhat of a difference? Current mods are in my sig.

LT's, TB, H pipe

those mods will increase the hp by a little and torque a little, but you will feel a pretty good change in the throttle response.

Underdrive pulleys , aluminum drive shaft/flywheel will help you take advantage of the hp you already have.

You must haven't had any personal experiences with LT headers then. They will add 15rwhp!!! They will help you on that low end grunt the 96-98 motors so eagerly desire. Also, you need to lose those 3:73's for any increase in g-forces. I am in the same boat. I went with 3:73's with my NPI engine and loved them. I went with them because I didn't want to be screamin on the highway, but they just aren't enough for the Cobra motors. Also, you have auto, I would have went with 4:10's with the nPI anyways. I would say buckle doen and get some 4:30's for an auto tranny as I'm gonna swap in some 4:10's for my 5spd. 2900rpms at 80mph With LT's and Magnapacks here I come...lol
I am also debating U/D pullies even though I'm a big hater on them. They are proven to add 10-12rwhp on the cobra engines. Also, what dyno did you use, those numbers look a little low. Those should be stock numbers! I'll crap if my car does that. I'm hoping for 300-310rwhp after my U/D pullies.
Don't waste your money on a T/B as there is plenty of air for the stock t/B to flow. The stocker is good for s/c units!
With the 4:30's I would say you could port your intake. shorten the runners up a bit. You can find them done on ebay for less han $500

ah i love the 3.73's in my car, they are good for me, especially since i don't want to be buying new rear tires all the time. UD pullies may be the next mod for me then since they aren't too expensive. as for the dyno, it think it was a dynojet, but you have to remember i do have an auto so that did hurt my numbers pretty bad, i did the math and with 20-25% drivetrain loss my HP came out to about 330 with my current mods so i figured that was about ballpark what i should have

How do the new pulleys help you? Im also looking for some easy bolt on upgrades for my 1998 cobra. What are the pros and cons of changing from the stock gears to something else?
