96 cobra build-up suggestions needed please.

This is my first post on this forum. about 4 months ago i boughta 97 cobra. It's got a decent amount of hp for the age and mileage. the only thing that i have upgraded so far is the intake. however i am at the point right now of deciding whether i should rebuild/bore out/ superchargethe 4.6L dohc that is stock, or drop in a ford racing 347ci stroker. it is around 7 grand and without the supercharger comes out the crate with appr. 450hp. i am a mechanic in the marine corps so i will be doing all this with the wonderful tax free money i will accumulate when i get back from my tour in iraq. it should be nice by the time i'm done with it.

You could get so much more than 450hp with 7 grand, especially if you're a mechanic and pretty handy with tools!
