RE: next mods to '99 cobra
JLT has gotten the best overall reviews. Ilove mine, mostly for looks, but also think it helps her to breathe a bit. No CAI is going to throw you back in the seat. I think JLT would definitly be your best shot if its a CAI you want. Otherwise shipping your intake manifolds to Nazman and having him port and polish them is prolly the best improvement (think its a gain ofaround 20rwhp for around $500). <----correct me if i'm wrong

an H would be a better match sound-wise to your Flowmaster. I never really cared much for Flows other than the sound. Personally, I have a Bassani setup and love it.
Headers arent going to net you very much compared to the cost... at least not on a mildly modded car.
if you havent done it yet.... spend the money on lowering the 4x4!

+1 on the lowering kit! CAI's are good, as well as a nice set of pulleys. If you have flows, I'd go w/ the O/R H Pipe, as the X would be raspy as hell. Just get all of your bolt-on's out of the way and then worry about DR's, Sub-Frames & Dyno-Tuning...
