Need help deciding
I want to get a little more bolt-on power. But I also want to drop it too. I was looking at Eibach pro-kit springs that will drop 1.5" all around but I'm worried about my stock shocks. Should I get them and will they be fine?

well I have the eibach pro kit on my 99. they do drop the car but if you're looking for that lowered look. get sportlines. the problem wit sportlines is that you'll need a lot more with the springs.(I.E. struts/shocks, caster/camber plates etc. etc.) The prokit will drop where you dont really need all of that.
Hope that helped...i may be getting rid of my prokit though cause i dont like the way it sits. still have somewhat of the infamous 4X4 look

Sorry guys that post was rushed. But I was going to get Steeda Underdrive pulleys but now that I think more about my next mod I look into dropping it a bit. I don't mind the 1.5" drop all around I think it'll still look sick but I just don't want to risk any other suspension component's life and wear them faster.

Fewresponses I got from posting on the svtperformance forum under SN95 Cobras:
Stock spring rates 400 front 185 rear Linear rate
Pro kit 425-500 front 200-300 rear Progressive rate
You will be fine.[/align]

I agree with him.
The rates are close.
I ran stock shocks/struts for years with the Pro-kit.

Eibach pro-kit springs aren't that much stiffer then our stock springs they are softer then most of the common brands available so you will be fine not replacing your stock struts and shocks, If you where doing a firmer spring rate like and H&R super sport or such then i would say deff do shocks and struts because your car will ride like an 89 civic with cut springs. Therefore leaving you to be fine on your stock struts and shocks. BTW i was doing it for months with no issues and buddys of mine have done it for years..
