how much power do the 03 cobras make to the wheels??? and if i have a power to the motor rating, how do i convert it to the tires??

A stock Termi should dyno somewhere in the neighborhood of 370-390. Multiplying the power at the motor by .85 should give you a pretty decent number at the wheels since 10-15% is lost through the drivetrain.
