Default 03 cobra..tunable induction?

Sup guys,
i have an 03 cobra with a FIPK type intake setup right now...pretty much just the filter and bolt on plate. Also has a ford 2.93" pulley and magnaflow catback with high flow cats and x pipe.

I am thinking about buying the demolet/tunable induction intake....it's like $180 shipped.

#1, would it be worth it you think to put the filter in the fenderwell??

#2, safe from water because my car is lowered with shocks/struts???

#3, will i have to retune??

dont do it! lol.....my 01 cobra blew the engine when it was lowered about half an inch and had the intake fo into the top of the fender wall.....i hit about a medium to big sized puddle and it sucked water right in and i eneder up raplacing the engine, alternator, batter and a few hoses and things like that....up to you but i would stay away from it if possible....the extra 3-5 hp isnt worth it
