Default 97 cobra power band???

I recently got my IMRC's working properly from doing a gt/cobra swap with mt gt harness from the firewall back. Anyways, I have LT headers, O/R H-pipe and magnapacks. Ram air intake I fabbed up, and a semi canned SCT tune. I did datalogging with my tuner and sent him the logs via email. Anyways, the car has great low end grunt and when I mash the gas it seems the power is smooth right up until 4300rpms and then Wham, it sets you back in your seat and the tach starts running wild. Is this normal or do you think maybe the tune can fix this??? When the power kicks in, it feels unbelievable. I know the IMRC's are opening up right at 3200rpms via MSD module. I had my wife slowly creep up the rpms and I watched the cables open up. I don't know if the LT headers cause this or this is normal? It didn't seem to do this when I had the plates wired open last year. Any help would be great. Thanks

Yeah, between 4,000-4,500 it takes off like a bat outta hell from 2nd gear and up. I've floored it in 3rd gear at around 2,800rpms and it's nothing special...just wait for the higher rpm. It's normal.
