will 03 cobra rims fit??

will a 17x 10.5 03 cobra rim fit out back on a stock 94 gt? please help =/

it should fit but some of the pre 99 sn95 guys have had problems with the tire rubbing the exhaust. all it takes is some either adjusting or pounding in with a hammer on the exhaust and it should fit.
