im sure im not the only one out there who wishes the shifter on these mustangs was a little closer for a more comfortable shift. not having to lean forward to shift would be nice.

has anyone used any of these 3 shift kits. theyre all designed to bring the shift handle closer to you, but i would like to get some feedback, pictures, videos, etc etc...

Samehere I think its the best shifter around.

 

eh roush one looks nice but cost a pretty penny.

mgw in the future for me. looks like everybody that buys it loves it.

i use the b&m and love it, it sits taller then the others but it moves the handle closer to the drive. i have it on the 26% reduction instead of the 30% and belive me I shift just as fast as the otehr guys

 

The MGW is the best by far... most comfortable, least amt of noise and is the shortest throw... I was looking at the roush one just for the height... I mean that thing is a short throw but comes up pretty high still...

 

I've driven with the MGW, Steeda, the knock off UPR crap, Roush Classic and a B&M. I like the Steeda and the Roush the best. Best combo is what I'm running right now - Steeda base with the Roush handle. It puts the shifter in a great spot for me.
