Well, since it is a fast STREET car that you are seeking, I would personally do the Kenne Bell 2.6 L or 2.3 Whipple with either 3.55's or 3.73's...
If it was a track only car, and you HAD to pick a supercharger, I would do a procharger f1-R, with a high stall automatic and 4.10's...
Either supercharger will give you your desired numbers, but the Kenne Bell just sounds soooooo sweet.... (slightly louder than the whipple)...

i have a Q for the gear heads out there, i too am a gear head but a confused one, i have a 99 svt cobra with a kenne bell s/c running 12lbs of boost, i have the independent rear suspension(IRS) i have a 4:10 gear ratio in there now and i hate it, literaly, i cant get the car over 120 without damaging it, i dont know what i should replace it with without compromising a whole world of power, i was thinking (3:55 or 3:27) or somthing, any suggestions? also i think this gear is messing up my ride, it vibrates, any one else with this problem?
