It was pretty much a general consensus from everyone that i asked about it that K&N filter is = to or better than any CAI made for 96-98 cobras execept the ones where you need to remove the tower. idk tho go ahead though, its a look mod if nothing else.

i know im not gona get a noticeable hp difference but like u said i like the way it looks in there

someone posted a link a while back that even ford admited the strut bar does nothing, ill see if i can find it

get some long tubes

im not worried about losing handling the the stb i just like the way it looks .. but some good news today it looked like i might not get the cobra for a few days but i figured it all out and im picking it up wed the latest

its cool to remove the cats....its just bolts..buy a off road h/pipe and install it...smog is ever 2 years so no big deal....also anyone know how udp affect a car...would it run good no charging problems or cooling? its for a 97 cobra..

u guys arent understanding in new york u can not remove the cats the car will not pass inspection iv done it before

I believe what people do in SMOG test states is bolt the cats back on for the test and remove them after

Yep or know a guy that does the smog tests. Id have to go with the long tubes with full exhaust and cold air intake you can't get away from the power the long tubes give you. You can feel it on the n/a cars!!!
