My inter cooler took a rock or something sharp on the highway. the system holds no coolant now. i ordered the part.

can i still drive 30 miles to work if i go slow? even if there is nothing cooling the supercharger?

need to get to work.......you know what i mean!

 

I wouldnt do it. These motors already run butt a** hot with the stock cooling system. Did you buy a stock heat exchanger or a after market one?

 

i bought an aftermarket.......the dual pass somethin or other

it was the cheapest and claimed i didnt need to modify anything. just install...

you wouldnt huh? ya i guess i better not....i will have to figure something else out for the entire week

 

its hard on the pumps to run them dry and you would be pissed to have to replace one of those they arn't cheap...$$

 

thanks braotha...ya i pulled the fuse so they dont run....

im just worried about the heat generated.....if it will damage something..
