nevermind saw the 2000, my mistake but yeah they did do 250 in 95 which seem to be rarerer, but they made 50 less and they are older.. so i guess thats why
Well, if we are counting ALL Rs made... need to add the 107 from 1993.

wow thanks... i neve rknew they did a 93 cobra R Learned somethin new today

Ford formed a Special Vehicle Team (SVT) in 1991 to create high-performance cars. SVT's first offering was the 1993 Mustang SVT Cobra. Their modifications resulted in 10 more horsepower and better handling. Later in the year they offered a race-ready Cobra R. The R had no rear seat, air conditioner, or sound deadening material to make it lighter. The wheels were black with chrome hubcaps. Only 107 were made.

2.3L EFI 4-cyl 105 hp S Code
5.0L EFI V-8 205 hp HO E Code
5.0L EFI V-8 235 hp Cobra
Cobra R D Code

had no more power than the reg cobras but suspension and lighter... lame.

That weight reduction combined with better suspension under them and the 5 lug wheels made a world of difference. If you ever get a chance to ride in a 93R, you'll swear it's the best made fox out there as you rip around a track.

my neighbor actually has one.. the car is so f*cking nice. He took me for a spin in it and that thing is just ridicolous. I think he's the only one in jersey with one. He's got some extra goodies on it to. I would love to see that against a stock termi on the street.
