nay it would be cheaper just to save up and buy one a stock o3 motor is still like 15k plus all the supporting parts and labor it would be fruitless...just buy one off of craigslist or somthing

You won't save money, the Mach 1 crate motor is 5k and that doesn't include: Forged internals and the blower.

The Terminator motor is around 15k... that's just for the crate motor, but you can find used ones for cheaper.. around 8-10k, but for the much i'd go another route (motor wise), or buy a Cobra straight up.

well how much power/how fast are you looking to run??

Do you own your car free and clear?

If you do own your car... i'd just upgrade your current motor... build that from the inside out... it'll be cheaper then spending 10-15k on a Terminator motor, plus everything else to harness the power.

You could also sell your car outright for around 10k probably, and buy a Terminator for 20-25k... and just have a car payment.

Why dont you want to just mod/build your motor in your car now? Does it have alot of miles on it or something?

well there has to be a goal in mind... I mean, there are so many options... I wouldn't do a second motor, I would build YOUR motor... especially if you're looking for 450+rwhp.. It's nothing crazy you're looking for..

You could also get a 5.4 Navigator motor and build that.... Either way it's going to cost a bunch of money and I think you already know that...

but, I wouldn't get a Terminator motor, yes it's a stout motor and can handle a lot - but it's not worth what they want for it.. you can build equal to or better motors for that amount of money.
